Storybook Trail

What is the Storybook Trail?

The Storybook Trail is a creative way for the community to enjoy a family-friendly, accessible trail, while reading an adventure at the same time!

Pages of a children’s book are put on signs and placed along the trail for you to stroll along and read the story, step-by-step and page-by-page. The Library will change the stories with the seasons!

Where is it located?

The Storybook Trail is located at ProHealth Care Park in New Berlin at 2950 S. Sunnyslope Rd.

What story is up now?

Our fall story combines the start of school with spooky season in Creepy Crayon by Aaron Reynolds. Don't miss this hilariously spooky story about a young rabbit and a sinister crayon!

Thank you to our supporters!

Thank you to the Friends of the New Berlin Public Library for sponsoring this community story trail and helping us enjoy stories off the beaten path.

Many thanks to the staff at the Parks and Streets Departments for your support of this project and the Library.
